What is the MOQ?
The MOQ for custom paper boxes/bags is 500 pcs.
Can I print custom/my own artwork?
Yes, we will produce boxes/bag with customized artwork upon approved artwork file.
What information should I provide before getting a quotation?
Box type/structure that you want to have
. Size of the product (Length x Width x Height)
. Order quantity
. Custom artwork file (if not available, please let us know your requirements for printing)
How do I make sure what would be finish product look alike?
We will send you proofs like pictures and video before the final product is sent out. Besides, if you want to see the real final product first before bulk order, we will produce a customized sample box and deliver to you with an additional fee to ensure the product is designed according to what the customer demands.
What file type you require for printing?
The format entailed is PDF and AI format with a minimum of 300dpi file for printing.
What is your standard lead time?
Before the printing begins, the specification sheets are sent for approval. Once approved, our standard lead time is 15 to 20 business days.
How should I process the order?
The processing of your order is as follows:
- Place an order
- Detailed artwork exhibited
- Approval of digital proof
- Once the customer confirms payment, the processing of the order begins.
